I am 160 cm tall and weighs 110 pounds. How much protein should I eat? Women out there ... What type of beverages to complement a protein? It's 100% Whey Protein GOLD level good for women?

It depends on your goals received or would like to win a muscle? In order to gain muscle to consume less than 1 gram of protein per 1 pound of muscle mass. To maintain muscle cut that number in half.

I have tried several protein powders, but they prefer MAXIMUSCLE - Promax mark (UK).

I would stick to 1 gram per kilogram of body weight. Be sure to use a high quality, free from chemicals from whey
