Building Maintenance Management What Do You When Condo Sup. Tries To Charge You For Work That Should Be Included In Maintenance Fees?

What do you when condo sup. tries to charge you for work that should be included in maintenance fees? - building maintenance management

I live in a garden apartment condominium conversion. The fund management company, where I'm still 80% stake here, so there is no association of the condominium. The direction here would be for certain types of maintenance I can pay and refuse to be adequate service charge. I was now locked, two cases with a series of sewer main (bathroom and kitchen) with another unit and me. On both occasions, the super tried to solicit money from me. He knows that all units of the building to use the same sewer pipes in order of the day. I brought the fund management company and did nothing with the super, except to say that I am comfortable and talk to him.

Can I do something to resolve this legal question which the courts? If so, what? And it cost me money?
